Opinion

Per Curiam.

The plaintiff’s testimony, wholly uncorroborated, is flatly contradicted by the evidence of three disinterested witnesses, and in addition that of the motorman and conductor. The verdict, therefore, is manifestly against the weight of evidence.

Present: Scott, P. J., Beach and Fitzgerald, JJ.

Judgment reversed and new trial- ordered, with costs to abide event.'
