Opinion
Suit for salary; overseas allowance; difference in grade.
In this case, on November 2,1954, an opinion was rendered holding that certain of the claims set forth in plaintiff’s petition were barred by the statute of limitations. (129 C. Cls. 748.)
On a stipulation by the parties agreeing to settlement and consenting to judgment it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered for $3,738.15.
