Opinion
Final order affirmed, with costs. All concur, except Taylor, P. J., who dissents and votes to dismiss the proceeding on the ground that the record proofs do -not justify the granting of the order. Whether the bridge should be rebuilt or abandoned should be determined by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Yates. (Appeal from an order directing defendants to rebuild and restore a bridge in the village of Dresden.) Present — Taylor, P. J., MeCum, Love, Kimball and Piper, JJ.
