Opinion

It is ordered and adjudged by this court, that the order of the said the public utilities commission be, and the same is hereby, affirmed; for the reason that the public utilities commission of Ohio has and had no jurisdiction of the subject-matter of plaintiff’s petition, nor power or authority to grant relief therein prayed for.

Order affirmed.
