Opinion

According to the fee bill of 1827, the attorney issuing a commission to examine several witnesses, is entitled to only '$8 for the commission, without reference to the number of sets of direct interrogatories attached to it; and the opposite attorney sn such case, is entitled to only $8 for filing all the different sets of cross-interrogatories under the same- commission.
