Opinion

DOMENGEAUX, Judge.

This is a companion case to Vermilion Corporation v. Norman Vaughn, No. 6258 on the docket of this Court, 387 So.2d 698.

For the reasons assigned therein the judgment of the District Court, which permanently enjoined the defendant, Larry J. Broussard, from trespassing onto lands or waterways leased by the plaintiff, Vermilion Corporation, is affirmed at defendant’s cost.

AFFIRMED.
