— Application in the nature of a writ of prohibition pursuant to CPLR article 78, unanimously denied and the petition dismissed. Respondents shall recover of petitioners one bill of $75 costs and disbursements of this proceeding. The order of this court entered on January 18, 1979 [67 AD2d 835] is vacated. No opinion.
