Opinion

PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from an order granting a temporary injunction which stayed arbitration of a dispute until the trial court had the opportunity to rule on the merits as to whether the dispute should be the subject of arbitration. Under the circumstances of this case we affirm. Our affirmance does not constitute a ruling as to whether or not the dispute is subject to arbitration.
