In an action for separation, judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 3, 1967, which dismissed the complaint after a nonjury trial, affirmed, without costs (Schapiro v. Sehapiro, 27 A D 2d 667; McLaughlin v. McLaughlin, 29 A D 2d 554; Ball v. Ball, 28 A D 2d 865, and eases cited). Beldoek, P. J., Christ, Brennan, Hopkins and Martuscello, JJ., concur.
