Opinion

PER CURIAM.

While we affirm the denial of appellant’s motion, the record reflects inconsistencies in the expressed intent of the trial court. Accordingly, we remand with direction to correct the judgment to reflect properly the trial court’s intent upon the withholding of adjudication.

LETTS and GLICKSTEIN, JJ., and RIVKIND, LEONARD, Associate Judge, concur.
