Opinion
Because the plaintiffs reliance on the allegedly false statements was unjustifiable in light of the clear and unambiguous disclaimer, we affirm the trial court’s order granting final summary judgment in favor of the defendant. See Baker v. United Servs. Auto. Ass’n, 661 So.2d 128 (Fla. 1st DCA 1995), review denied, 669 So.2d 252 (Fla.1996); Iden v. Kasden, 609 So.2d 54, 55 (Fla. 3d DCA 1992), review denied, 620 So.2d 761 (Fla.1993).
Affirmed.
