Opinion

Per Curiam.

The record does not warrant the court’s finding that $500 was a fair and reasonable charge for the legal services plaintiff Aronwald rendered in behalf of plaintiff wife, both in the Magistrate’s Court and the Domestic Relations Court.

The order appealed from should be modified to the extent of directing an assessment of plaintiffs ’ damages, and the judgment vacated, all without costs.
