HOPKINSON, District Judge.

The libel-lant is entitled to wages to the time of condemnation, deducting the credits allowed in his claim, but without deduction on account of the expenses of recovery.

Decree for libellant for two hundred and fifty-four dollars and ninety-five cents, and costs.
