In an action to recover damages for slander and false imprisonment, order granting defendant’s motion to strike out portions of the complaint under rule 103, Rules of Civil Practice, in so far as an appeal is taken, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Johnston, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
