Opinion

Order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, made on reconsideration and dated May 25, 1966, reversed insofar as appealed from, with $10 costs and disbursements, and plaintiff’s motion for a general preference granted. In our opinion, plaintiff’s application for reconsideration set forth facts sufficient to warrant a general preference. Beldoek, P. J., Ughetta, Christ, Rabin and Munder, JJ., concur.
