Action to recover premiums on policies of insurance issued by the Consolidated Indemnity and Insurance Company to the defendant. Order granting plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment, and the judgment entered thereon, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Martin, P.
