Van Orden v. Schlier
4 N.Y. St. Rep. 889
Opinion
This is an action for the foreclosure of a contract, and the plaintiffs have been awarded a judgment for the relief demanded in the complaint from which the defendant Schlier has appealed.
The findings of fact are in favor of the plaintiffs and strongly against the appellant, and we find them all well supported by the evidence.
The motion to dismiss the complaint was properly denied and there are no errors of law disclosed by the record.
The judgment should be affirmed, with costs.
