In an action for a udgment declaring that the plaintiff is the lawful wife of defendant Harold L. Zalentine, and for other relief, judgment, and order denying defendants’ motion ;o amend or resettle the judgment so as to include a provision stating that it is iffeetive only in the State of New York, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No ipinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ.
