ON CONCESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of Appellee’s November 25, 2015, Motion to Relinquish Jurisdiction, which we treat as a concession of error, we reverse the final summary judgment of foreclosure and remand for further proceedings.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
