We deny the defendant’s petition for habeas corpus. The defendant’s appellate counsel was not ineffective. See Valle v. Moore, 837 So.2d 905 (Fla.2002); Coney v. State, 937 So.2d 255 (Fla. 3d DCA 2006); Price v. State, 931 So.2d 1004 (Fla. 3d DCA 2006).

Petition denied.
