Opinion
The plaintiff in error, Tom Upton, was convicted at the October, 1912, term of the county court of Tulsa county on a charge of having unlawful possession of intqxi eating liquors with intent to sell the same, and his punishment fixed at a fine of $250 and imprisonment in the county jail for a period of ninety days. A careful reading of the record in this cause reveal's no error sufficient to disturb the judgment of the lower court. It is therefore affirmed.
