UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff-Appellee,
v.

No. 92-6398.
United States Court of Appeals,
Fourth Circuit.
Submitted: June 1, 1992
Decided: June 16, 1992
Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Baltimore. Frederic N. Smalkin, District Judge. (CR-87-437-S, CR-87-439-S, CA-92-584-S)
Tony Efrem Turnage, Appellant Pro Se.
Michael M. Middleton, Assistant United States Attorney, Baltimore, Maryland, for Appellee.
D.Md.
AFFIRMED.
Before PHILLIPS, WILKINSON, and LUTTIG, Circuit Judges.
OPINION
PER CURIAM:
Tony Efrem Turnage appeals from the district court's order refusing relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1988) and denying his motion for reconsideration. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Turnage, Nos. CR-87-437-S, CR-87-439-S, CA-92-584-S (D. Md. Mar. 17 & Mar. 31, 1992). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
