UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff Appellee,
v.
Terry Andrew WILDER, Defendant Appellant.

No. 94-6070.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted June 14, 1994.
Decided Oct. 12, 1994.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, at Wilmington. W. Earl Britt, District Judge. (CR-91-59, CA-93-111-7-BR)

Terry Andrew Wilder, appellant Pro Se.

Robert Daniel Potter, Jr., Asst. U.S. Atty., Raleigh, NC, for appellee.

E.DN.C.

AFFIRMED.

Before WIDENER, HAMILTON, and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying his 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2255 (1988) motion. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Wilder, Nos. CR-91-59; CA-93-111-7-BR (E.D.N.C. Jan. 6, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
