UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee,
v.
Rudolph JACKSON, Defendant-Appellant.

No. 89-7136.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted Aug. 27, 1990.
Decided Sept. 26, 1990.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Baltimore. J. Frederick Motz, District Judge. (CR-87-386-JFM, CA-89-823-JFM)

Rudolph Jackson, appellant pro se.

John Vincent Geise, United States Attorney, Baltimore, Md., for appellee.

D.Md.

AFFIRMED.

Before SPROUSE and WILKINS, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

Rudolph Jackson appeals from the district court's order refusing relief under 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2255. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Jackson, CR-87-386-JFM; CA-89-823-JFM (D.Md. Mar. 30, 1989). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
