United States v. Queen

10 F. App'x 143
Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit·Decided May 22, 2001·No. No. 00-6920·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Samuel Robert Queen, Jr., appeals the district court’s orders denying his motion filed under 28 U.S.C.A. § 2255 (West Supp.2000), and denying his motion for reconsideration. We have reviewed the record and the district court’s opinions and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we deny Queen’s motion for a certificate of appealability and dismiss the appeal substantially on the reasoning of the district court.
