UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee,
v.
Joseph Thomas KELLY, Defendant-Appellant.

No. 95-7296.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted: December 12, 1995.
Decided: December 21, 1995.

Joseph Thomas Kelly, Appellant Pro Se. Kevin Michael Comstock, Office of the United States Attorney, Norfolk, VA, for Appellee.

Before WIDENER and MICHAEL, Circuit Judges, and CHAPMAN, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying his 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2255 (1988) motion. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Kelly, Nos. CR-93-55; CA-95-519-2 (E.D.Va. Aug. 3, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
