UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff Appellee,
v.
James WILLIAMS, a/k/a Jimbo, Defendant Appellant.
No. 93-6876.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted: November 19, 1993
Decided: October 14, 1994.
Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, at Baltimore. Frank A. Kaufman, Senior District Judge. (CR-90-72-K, CA-93-473-K)
James Williams, Appellant Pro Se.
Robert Reeves Harding, Assistant United States Attorney, Baltimore, Maryland, for Appellee.
D.Md.
AFFIRMED.
Before WIDENER, WILKINSON, and WILKINS, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying his 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2255 (1988) motion. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Williams, Nos. CR-90-72-K; CA-93-473-K (D. Md. July 15, 1993). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
