Sentence adjudged 13 December 2022 by a general court-martial con- vened at Naval Base Kitsap, Bremerton, Washington, consisting of a military judge sitting alone. Sentence in the Entry of Judgment: reduc- tion to E-1, confinement for 24 months, forfeiture of all pay and allow- ances, and a bad-conduct discharge.
