Sentence adjudged 1 August 2024 by a general court-martial tried at Marine Corps Base Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan, consisting of a mil- itary judge sitting alone. Sentence in the Entry of Judgment: reduction to E-1, confinement for sixteen months, and a bad-conduct discharge. 1
