Sentence adjudged 24 July 2024 by a special court-martial tried at Ma- rine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, consisting of of- ficer and enlisted members, and sentenced by a military judge alone. Sentence in the Entry of Judgment: reduction to E-1, confinement for 180 days, and a bad-conduct discharge. 1
