OPINION OF THE COURT

BRESLIN, Senior Judge:,

A general court-martial comprised of officers and enlisted members convicted the appellant, contrary to his pleas, of the wrongful use of cocaine, in violation of Article 112a, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 912a. The court-martial sentenced the appellant to a bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to E-l. The convening authority approved only so much of the sentence as included a bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of $779.00 pay per month for one month,
