Sentence adjudged 29 May 2025 by a general court-martial tried at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, consisting of a military judge sitting alone. Sentence in the Entry of Judgment: confinement for six months and a dishonorable discharge. 1

1 Appellant was credited with having served 86 days of pretrial confinement.
