UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee,
v.
Augustine NWANZEE, Defendant-Appellant.
No. 95-7462.
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Submitted Dec. 14, 1995.
Decided Jan. 18, 1996.
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, at Greensboro. Richard C. Erwin, Senior District Judge. (CR-83-133-G, CA-94-673-2)
Augustine Nwanzee, Appellant Pro Se. Harry L. Hobgood, Assistant United States Attorney, Greensboro, North Carolina, for Appellee.
M.D.N.C.
AFFIRMED.
Before ERVIN, Chief Judge, and WIDENER and WILKINS, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying his application for a writ of error coram nobis. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Nwanzee, Nos. CR-83-133-G; CA-94-673-2 (M.D.N.C. Aug. 8, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
