Action by plaintiff as a creditor of the defendants Wood and Gadomski, based on a transfer in bulk of a stock of goods, merchandise and fixtures by those defendants, in violation of section 44 of the Personal Property Law, to the appellant. Judgment for the plaintiff unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present —- Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Close, JJ.
