Opinion

PER CURIAM.

United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company appeals from the trial court’s order awarding a partial summary judgment on liability in favor of Wilson. Because the record reveals that there is a genuine issue of material fact, we reverse the order granting summary judgment. Holl v. Talcott, 191 So.2d 40 (Fla. 1966); Empire Fire and Marine Insurance Company v. Koven, 402 So.2d 1352 (Fla. 4th DCA, 1981).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.

SCHEB, C. J., and HOBSON and CAMPBELL, JJ., concur.
