SAVOY, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Dwayne Murphy v. Central Louisiana Electric Company, et al., 261 So.2d 694 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1972), decided this date, the judgment of the district court in the instant case is affirmed at appellant’s Central Louisiana Electric Company’s, costs.

Affirmed.
