United Automobile Insurance Co. v. Quality Medical Group, Inc.
95 So. 3d 394, 2012 WL 3101633, 2012 Fla. App. LEXIS 12372
Opinion
Upon review of the petition and the response, this Court grants the petition for writ of certiorari. We grant the petition and quash the award of appellate attorney’s fees to respondent. Respondent properly concedes that appellate attorney’s fees should not have been awarded to respondent because it did not prevail on the issues on appeal. Brass & Singer v. United Auto. Ins. Co., 944 So.2d 252 (Fla.2006).
Petition granted.
