Opinion

KNOLL, Judge.

For the reasons stated in the consolidated case of Edward W. Uhrich v. National Fire Ins. Company, Et al. 569 So.2d 1062 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1990), in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this day, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

Costs of this appeal are assessed to the appellant, St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company.

AFFIRMED.
