Pay and allowances; retired Army pay. On defendant’s admission of liability based on the court’s decisions in Tracy v. United States, 136 C. Cls. 211; Lowell v. United States, 141 C. Cls. 111, and Budd v. United States, 141 C. Cls. 123, and on a memorandum report of the commissioner as to the amount due plaintiff, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered for $3,925.86.
