Opinion
Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from so much of the Appellate Division order as affirmed the denial of petitioner’s motion for reargument and renewal, dismissed upon the ground that that portion of the order does not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution and is not the type of order that comes within the meaning of CPLR 5602 (a) (2); motion for leave to appeal otherwise granted.
