Opinion
A Gregg County jury found Tyshun L. Hyder guilty of aggravated robbery using a deadly weapon (1) and assessed an enhanced punishment of life imprisonment. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 29.03(a)(2) (Vernon 2003); see also Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 12.42(c)(1) (Vernon Supp. 2006). Because the issues raised in each appeal are identical, for the reasons stated in our opinion dated this day in Hyder v. State, cause number 06-06-00182-CR, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
