Granted. Relator’s execution is stayed for a period of ninety days from this date of this order. The district court is ordered to refer this matter to the Louisiana Indigent Defense Assistance Board for appointment of counsel and/of funding there[1292]*1292for pursuant to La.Rev.Stat. 15:149.1 and 151.2(E).
