GUIDRY, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Bethel Apartments, Inc. v. Reverend G.W. Tyler, 422 So.2d 1312 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1982), our docket number 82-166, the judgment of the district court is affirmed.

Costs of appeal are assessed against defendant-appellant, Reverend G.R. Haugh-ton.

AFFIRMED.
