Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit·Decided June 19, 1961·No. No. 392, Docket 26771·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Affirmed upon the opinion of District Judge MeGohey, D.C.S.D.N.Y., 190 F. Thus we do not reach the further issue discussed by Judge MeGo-hey relating to lack of proof of damages.
