— Action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff wife, and companion action for expenses and loss of services by the plaintiff husband. Order setting aside a verdict for the defendant as against the weight of evidence, and ordering a new trial, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lewis,- P.
