In re: Turnkey Constructors, Inc. applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of Lafayette. 315 So.2d 409.

Granted. Applicant is entitled to rear-gument in the court of appeal under provision of Art. 5, Sec. 8 of La.Const.1974. The court of appeal’s denial of rehearing is vacated, and the matter remanded to the court of appeal for reargument before a five judge panel.
