[1153]*1153 After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

McMILLAN, Presiding Judge.

Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Turner, 792 So.2d 1141 (Ala.Crim.App.2000), the judgment in this case is to be reversed and the cause remanded to the Jefferson Circuit Court for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
