PER CURIAM:

We issued a writ of certiorari to review the decision of the Court of Appeals in Turner v. SAIIA Construction , 419 S.C. 98, 796 S.E.2d 150 (Ct. App. 2016). We now dismiss the writ as improvidently granted.

DISMISSED AS IMPROVIDENTLY GRANTED.
