We deny the petition seeking a writ of prohibition. See Pilkington v. Pilkington , 182 So.3d 776, 779 (Fla. 5th DCA 2015) ; Chace v. Loisel , 170 So.3d 802, 803 (Fla. 5th DCA 2014) ; see also Fla. R. Crim. P. 3.350(d).
