Opinion
On consideration whereof this court being of opinion that the evidence of the declarations of the superintendent and janitor were incompetent, and that it was error for the court of common pleas to admit the same in evidence at the trial, the said judgment of the circuit court, reversing the judgment of the common pleas is affirmed on the grounds above stated. This court finds that there is no other error in the record and judgment of the court of common pleas.
